Host Marji Guyler-Alaniz talks to a few women who are part of a team that came together to help raise awareness about mental illness in agriculture.
Kim Keller had no interest in returning to the farm but as she grew
up, she realized her passion and is now back home farming full-time
with her parents and brother in Canada.
Lesley Kelley also had sights on working in the big city but also
returned to the farm and now is involved in both city living and
farming living.
These ladies are working hard to break the stigma and provide
resources for their community and they are the founders of 'Do More
Ag'. Learn more about the organization and why mental health is
important to discuss with everyone, especially
agriculturalists.
